After the resignation of MQM  ,MNA Nabeel Ahmed Gabool. The polling held at 23rd April ,Thursday whose result quite the PTI leader  Imran Khan.There were 3 candidates nominated for this seat which includes Kanwar Naweed Jamil of MQM,Imran Ismael (PTI) and Rashid Naseem of JUI. The wondering result of 213 polling stations suceed Kanwar Naweed Jamil of MQM by 95644 votes while Imran Ismael got 2nd position by taking 24821 votes and Rashid Nasim of JUI got 9056 votes.
After the announcement of MQM  victory,the PTI member Imran ismael said that the party  fought well and if MQM candidates Kanwar Naweed Jamil wins,he would congratulate him.Although the members of MQM burnt the flag of PTI to express their feelings.
MQM supporters have already gathered at Jinnah  ground to celebrate the anticipated win of MQM'S Kanwar Naweed Jameel of the NA-246 constituency,after being summoned  by party chief Altaf Hussain.
